Meet Robin , Steve & THE TEAM
Steve Parfitt, started his career in the UK, working on the Western Power Distribution network in the heart of the Welsh mountains. Following 7 years of training and college courses he became a qualified arborist through the City and guilds of London and the National Proficiency Test Council in the UK.
Steve then progressed to become a Contracts Manager for a company working on the United Utilities contracts in Preston North England,
In 2011, he made the decision to relocate to Australia. He continued to follow the Utility power line sector, becoming highly qualified and regarded on the Ausgrid Power line contract in Sydney, NSW.
Steve then established his own tree service based in Brisbane, QLD. Parfitt's vegetation management specialised in power line clearing throughout NSW. In December 2019 Steve relocated to Canada where he established Aussie Tree Care.
Robin Borrowman Parfitt is the dedicated owner of Aussie Tree Care, a reputable company known for its commitment to quality service. Married to Steve Parfitt, she balances her role as a loving wife and mother to four children with her professional endeavors. Robin is the daughter of Bob Ellard, the founder of Perth Home Hardware, where she cultivated her belief in the importance of customer service and honest work ethics. Additionally, Robin's entrepreneurial spirit led her to successfully own and operate Perth and Almonte Home Furniture for 18 years, further solidifying her reputation as a respected businesswoman in the community.
We have the pleasure of employing a great team, with staff members from Algonquin College, seasoned professionals and junior apprentices, all staff climb and are able to perform all forms of arboricultural work.
